Content: Damp & Mould project To receive £32,500.00 from MHCLG to continue Damp & Mould Healthy Homes work in the Private Rented Sector This additional funding will provide increased capacity for the Private Sector Housing Team to target landlords and tenants in the private rented sector for an additional year, providing information, education and enforcement activity to increase the physical standards of the homes and improve the health outcomes for the residents. The expenditure will be broken down into the following areas: · Additional staffing hours · Equipment, resources and public engagement This is additional funding for expanding and improving the work of the Team; therefore, no other options are available.
