Replacement equipment will allow for the introduction of a modern, ticketless system providing an improved service to customers, greater opportunities to future-proof payment provision and offer flexibility to maximise income generation, better business intelligence and reduced maintenance issues.   A new supplier has been found through the Procurement/Framework route and next steps are to issue a new contract to that supplier.
