Content: AGREED: That cabinet noted the report and: i)             Gave authority to the Executive Director for Adult Services, Health and Communities, in consultation with the Lead Member Adult Services, Health and Housing and the Executive Director of Resources to seek proposals for, and enter into contract for specialist change expertise to support ASC implementation ii)            Supported the use of flexible use of capital receipts to fund Social Care transformation costs in the current financial year, brought forward from next financial year to maximise the likelihood of securing the planned savings as quickly as possible.
