Content: It was MOVED, SECONDED and RESOLVED:   To note the risks with regards to the uncertainty of future government funding; and the potential for this to impact negatively on the forecast balanced budget position for 2026/27; To agree the 2026/27 to 2029/30 Medium Term Financial Strategy (MTFS); and To note that the budget gap in the current MTFS will be revised once more information on the funding reform is available which will inform whether the Council will need to commence another round of savings in 2025/26.
