Content: The Committee received the minutes from the meeting of the Housing & Wellbeing Committee held on 17 June 2025. The Chair drew Members’ attention to two sets of recommendations for the committee to consider. The first recommendation was at Minute 46 (Local Authority Housing Fund 3 Additional Funding). The recommendation was proposed by Councillor Nash and seconded by Councillor Walsh. The Committee RECOMMEND TO FULL COUNCIL That this scheme is included within the council’s capital programme at a total cost of £1,600,800 with £738,500 capital funding from central government grant, £252,000 of Section 106 commuted sums and £610,800 to be funded by the Council through additional borrowing. The Chair then alerted the committee to the next recommendation at Minute 57 [Q4/End of Year Performance Report for the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) which form Part of the Council’s Vision 2022-2026]. The Chair confirmed that this recommendation had been considered earlier in the agenda at Agenda Item 10.
