Content: Before the Committee was a report by the Director for Housing and Communities, copies of which had been circulated to all Members and a copy of which is attached to the signed copy of these minutes as item 14. The committee were informed of the services intent to undertake a procurement activity to renew the current Disabled Adaptations contract. Decision: That the Joint Strategic Committee delegated authority to the Director of Housing and Communities to enter into a contract and execute all relevant legal documentation to implement the same for the delivery of Disabled Adaptations to residents’ homes.
