Content: 1. To note differences in guidance relates to the previous long-term plan and the differing focus of the Plan for Neighbourhoods. 2. To note the recruitment of a new chair of the board and cabinet thanks the outgoing interim chair. 3. To delegate authority to the Deputy Chief Executive and Director of Place, in consultation with the Deputy Leader of the Council and Section 151 officer, and in agreement with the Chair of the board and the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) to make proper arrangements for the delivery of the programme and expenditure of the current years’ capacity funding of £200,000 due to be received shortly.
