Purpose: In February 2025, East Herts Council's Executive decided to explore the disposal of the entire freehold of Limekiln Place, as part of a wider review of asset disposal. Following a tender process over May and June, we are now in a position to award a contract for agency services in relation to the disposal. MW East Anglia (trading as Mullocks) submission achieved the highest score of all bidders during the evaluation process and have been awarded the contract. The contract value is for 1% of the overall sale price, with the contractor seeking to achieve the best price possible for the asset.
