Content: That Cabinet: 1. Recommends to Council the addition of £2.960 million to the capital programme to continue to deliver the scheme at The Queen Elizabeth Academy (Atherstone). This will be funded by developer contributions and Basic Need Funding. 2. Approves the addition of £1.773 million to the capital programme to continue to deliver the scheme at Oak Wood Primary School (Nuneaton). This will be funded by High Needs Provision Capital Allocations. 3. Approves the addition of £0.867 million to the capital programme to continue to deliver the scheme at Shipston High School. This will be funded by developer contributions and Basic Need Funding. 4. Approves the addition of £0.053 million to the capital programme to deliver the scheme at Woodside CofE Primary School, Atherstone. This will be funded by developer contributions. 5. Approves the addition of £0.100 million to the capital programme to deliver the Resourced Provision at Keresley Newland Primary Academy, Bedworth. This will be funded by the High Needs Capital Allocation. 6. Approves the addition of £0.042 million to the capital programme to deliver the scheme at Woodlands School, Coleshill. This will be funded by developer contributions. 7. Approves the addition of £0.350 million to the capital programme as a contribution towards the scheme at Southam College. This will be funded by developer contributions. 8. In relation to the schemes covered in the Report, authorises the Executive Director for Children and Young People, in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Finance and Property, to invite tenders and enter into the appropriate contracts or (where the scheme is school led) to make the necessary funding arrangements for these schemes on terms and conditions considered acceptable to the Executive Director for Resources.
