It was agreed at Cabinet 31.10.23 that in order to support the expedient allocation of awards that a Portfolio Holder decision would be sufficient to awards the grants following a cross-party panel having considered and recommended awards from all eligible application received. All members also had opportunity to feed into the decision-making process through direct feedback to the panel – there was no opposition from members to any of the successful application. That the awards are not approved.
