Purpose: The Leader of the Council agreed that: The Director of Public Health Services (council) is delegated the authority to continue to award contracts to eligible GP practices and pharmacies who express an interest and pass due diligence checks after the date hereof and for the duration for which these contracts are live to new applicants (which equates with the duration of the contracts, being two (2) years from July 1st 2025 (with the option for extend for a further two years), in line with the provisions of The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.
