Content: 1. The Executive Member agrees: a) To accept the proposals and implement a formal consultation period for 28 days starting on 4 August 2025. b) Subject to issues raised during the formal consultation, to implement the outcome of this review by 1 October 2025. c) To approve the appropriate shared service split of the new structure. It is proposed that the service moves to a 50/50 shared service. It is felt that across the service this would create a fair balance and would encourage the team to work closely together across projects at each authority.
