Content: To adopt a new pseudo framework for the provision of community choice services with a total aggregate estimated value of £2,144,000 (including call offs) that can be opened for providers to join at 6 monthly intervals during the lifetime of the framework. The framework is described as a pseudo framework because it is set up pursuant to Regulation 76(7) and (8) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCRs) which entitles the Council to use its own modified version of the standard framework agreement procedure set out in Regulation 33 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 (PCR2015). 1             To appoint the first round of approved providers onto the framework. 2             To agree delegations to be put in place for future appointments to the framework   Adopt and approve the pseudo framework for the provision of community choice services (including its associated services agreement).  The framework is for a period of four years from 1 August 2025 until 31 July 2029 with a total aggregate estimated value of £2,144,000 (including call offs).   Approve the appointment of the recommended providers detailed in Appendix 1 who have met or exceeded the minimum requirements on to the framework.   Delegate the future approval of appointment of providers to the Framework to the Service Manager for Commissioning.  The framework will re-open at 6 monthly intervals during the lifetime of the framework.
