That:   1.           The creation of a capital budget to £3,230,000 to facilitate the purchase of temporary accommodation, associated fees and refurbishment costs, funded and noting the revenue cost implications as detailed in section 2.6 of Report number CAB/WS/25/032, be approved.   2.           The Council’s Section 151 Officer makes the necessary changes to the Council’s prudential indicators, as a result of recommendation 1. above.
