Purpose: Following formal consultation with those who live on the council-owned parks, the purpose of this report is to approve the updated joint park rules.  These rules only apply to those living on council-owned mobile home parks  

Content: Following formal consultation with those who live on the council-owned parks, the purpose of this report is to approve the updated joint park rules.  These rules only apply to those living on council-owned mobile home parks   To approve the new park rules for those that live of council-owned and controlled Mobile Home Park sites, namely Pebble Hill and Woodlands in Radley.  New park rules will be implemented from 01 September 2025 to allow time for communication with residents and updating of our webpages
