Purpose: Following procurement, this report seeks authority to award a contract for the operator of the centre and a delegated authority to agree the final terms should there be changes.
Content: Following procurement, this report seeks authority to award a contract for the operator of the centre and a delegated authority to agree the final terms should there be changes. RESOLVED that the Executive agrees:- (a) to award the contract to the winning tenderer, as set out in Confidential Appendix A to the report, being the most advantageous tender received; (b) that authority be delegated to the Director of Planning and Regeneration to agree the final terms of the contract with the preferred tenderer; and (c) that authority be delegated to the Director of Planning and Regeneration to extend the contract (once awarded) on up to two occasions as noted.
