The programme is run by the Local Government Association and undertaken by members and officers from other authorities, sometimes supported by other specialists. It seeks to be both constructive but also robust.    As part of undertaking a Corporate Peer Challenge, the Council is committed to publishing the outcome and in response to develop and agree an Action Plan. The recommendations allow the Council to fulfil that commitment.
