The cabinet member agreed to the following:   That consideration be given to the 9 objections made during statutory consultation to the installation of cycle hangars at 3 locations; 56 Hichisson Road, 77 Graces Road, outside 108 Lyndhurst Grove and the officer responses;   That officers write to the objectors with the outcome of this consideration and determination;   That officers proceed with the implementation of the cycle hangars located at 56 Hichisson Road, 77 Graces Road, outside 108 Lyndhurst Grove; and   That the necessary Traffic Management Order (“TMO”) be implemented in accordance with sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“1984 Act”) and the Local Authorities Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996 (“1996 Regulations”).   That officers proceed with the TMOs without a public inquiry pursuant to regulation 9 of the 1996 Regulations.
