Content: That Council   1.     Approves the amendments to the Council’s constitution as set out in Appendix 1 to the report   2.     Approves the appointment of the Democratic Services Team Manager as Statutory Scrutiny Officer pursuant to Section 9FB of the Local Government Act 2000, and   3.     Authorises the Executive Director for Resources to make and publish any changes to the constitution necessary to implement these recommendations and to correct any minor typographical errors identified in the Constitution.
