That the setup of a subsidy scheme for the allocation of the Early Years Expansion Grant 2025/2026, with a gross amount of £430,010, be approved. 2. That the provisionally allocated amounts and recipients detailed in Annex A, be noted and approved. 3. That authority be delegated to the Assistant Director for Education, Learning and Inclusion, in consultation with the Cabinet member for Children and Young People, to make any necessary amendments to the allocations detailed in Annex A including, addition or removal of recipients or amendment to proposed allocations.
