Purpose:

Content: AGREED: that   the evaluation criteria set out in the report be approved.   procurement in respect of direct delivery, transportation and processing of dry mixed recyclable services be commenced.   that the Authority requires an arrangement for the processing, reuse/recycling/recovery and disposal of this Dry Mixed Recycling waste to maximise recycling performance and avoid potential Welsh Government fines. The service required also includes direct delivery service for Council vehicles to discharge at a facility within the Cardiff boundary to ensure continuity of service and prevent any knock-on impacts to the collection of waste.   Where required the Service Provider will also facilitate collections from the Waste Transfer Station (WTS) and the safe and compliant transportation of the waste to their designated licenced treatment facility(ies).
