Content: (A)                    APPOINTMENT OF THE DEPUTY CHAIR FOR 2025/26   It was moved by Councillor Rivron, Seconded by Councillor Taylor,   that the recommendation of the Governance and Business Committee contained in Minute Number 4, be approved.   RESOLVED that Councillor Bellenger be appointed as Deputy Chair for the Governance and Business Committee for the 2025/26 municipal year.   (B)                    RECOMMENDATION - REVIEW OF TERMS OF REFERENCE OF     THE OVERVIEW AND SCRUTINY COMMITTEE   It was moved by Councillor Rivron, Seconded by Councillor Taylor,   that the recommendation of the Governance and Business Committee contained in Minute Number 7, be approved.   RESOLVED that:   (a)          the revised Part 4 – Rules of Procedure: Overview and Scrutiny Committee Rules be approved; and   (b)          the revised Part 2 – Articles; Article 6 - Overview and Scrutiny, 6.1 Terms of Reference be approved.   (C)                   REVIEW OF HR POLICIES: BREASTFEEDING IN THE WORKPLACE POLICY (PRESENTATION OF A NEW POLICY) EXEMPT   It was moved by Councillor Rivron, Seconded by Councillor Taylor,   that the recommendation of the Governance and Business Committee contained in Minute Number 8, be approved.   RESOLVED that:   (a)           the Breastfeeding in the Workplace Policy be approved; and   (b)      paid time off during the working day be allowed for breastfeeding employees to express milk or feed their baby.
