Content: The Committee considered the quarter 4 and annual performance for 2024/25 for the Policy and Resources Committee. The Corporate Director – Finance and Resources presented the report and summarised the main points. With regard to the recommendation regarding the proposed amendment to the due date for the Town Investment Plan Shrub Hill Regeneration Project, it was clarified that this should state Energy Saving Capital Investment Project. The proposal was in relation to Perdiswell Leisure Centre and the recommendation was to extend the due date from 31 December 2024 to 31 December 2025.
