Content: The Committee considered a report on the Capital Strategy for 2025/26 – 2027/28 and Investment Strategy for 2025/26 – 2027/28. The Corporate Director – Finance and Resources presented the report and highlighted the proposal for the Flexible Use of Capital Receipts.
