Content: Members considered some appointments to Committees and Panels that were circulated as late material.   RESOLVED that –   1.    Kola Agboola be appointed as Scheme Member representative on the Pension Board for the remainder of the 2025-2026 Municipal Year.   2.    Sandeep Bajwa be appointed as Employer representative on the Pension Board for the remainder of the 2025-2026 Municipal Year.   3.    Councillor Mark Beynon be appointed to serve as member of the Licensing Committee and its Sub-Committee in place of Councillor Andrew Bolton for the remainder of the 2025-2026 Municipal Year.   Voting: Unanimous
