Content: That the Deputy Leader and Cabinet Member for Finance, Assets and Transformation rejects the alternative options and takes the recommended decision to:   Delegate authority to the Executive Director for Children’s Services to jointly enter into a grant funding agreement, together with the governing body of Archway School, and The Football Foundation in relation to the delivery of a 3G all-weather football pitch Archway School.   For the reasons set out in the report.
