Content: Agreed: that the organisations in Appendix A be identified as being shortlisted and eligible to be taken forward to the next stage of the procurement process be invited to tender.   To continue the process to enable the Council to appoint a single contractor to a framework to deliver disabled adaptations (safety at home works) for a period of 2 years from 1st January 2026, with the option to extend for a further 2 years.
