Accept the total project cost of £101,644 .51 + VAT. The total includes fees of 7.08% (£5,532.31) for Align Property Partners (APP) as principal designer, 3% (£2,344.20) internal project management fee and 20% (£15,628.00) contingency sum to manage any unforeseen change in scope uncovered in progressing the works.
