Content: Approval of the proposal to move the independent Nancy Reuben Primary School (NRPS) into the maintained sector as a new voluntary aided Barnet school, from 1 September 2025, subject to the following condition being met prior to the implementation date: The proposer acquires the premises at 48 Finchley Lane, Hendon, London NW4 1DJ, on a leasehold title of a minimum term of 125 years at a peppercorn rent. If required by the Council, the proposer enters a separate agreement with the Council stipulating that it will not end or alter the terms of the lease without the Council’s prior written consent. The Local Authority (LA) has consulted with the proposer regarding the above condition and these have already been agreed between both parties.
