The tender of Creative Building Projects Limited in the sum £215,997.60 is accepted; and Letters of Acceptance are issued accordingly. Decision taken by the Director of Finance & Commercial Services or his nominee under the authority delegated by Finance and Performance Committee on 18/12/2023. The above contracts have been awarded in accordance with approved tender processes and the budgets are in place.
