Purpose:

Content: The report requested members’ agreement that the Housing, Health, and Community Committee shall be responsible for initiating and undertaking Community Governance Reviews, as these reviews are directly related to community interests and local governance arrangements, aligning with the committee’s focus on community well-being and development, and the committee’s terms of reference be amended accordingly.   Cllr Dr Barrett MOVED and Cllr Davies SECONDED the recommendations in the report and following a discussion a vote was taken on a show of hands and it was RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY:   That all matters relating to Community Governance Reviews are delegated to the Housing, Health, and Communities Committee and incorporated in that committees terms of reference, except those functions already reserved to Full Council as set out in the report.
