Purpose: (i)                  To authorise Housing Reviews Ltd to review decisions under section 202 of the Housing Act 1996 (ii)                 To delegate authority to the Chief Executive who may then delegate that authority to the Assistant Director – Housing and to the Housing Operations Safeguarding Manager to authorise such employees of Housing Reviews Ltd to carry out reviews as they consider appropriate and  to enter into corresponding contractual arrangements with a charge of £340 per review.   To delegate authority to the Chief Executive who may then delegate that authority to the Assistant Director - Housing and to the Housing Operations Safeguarding Manager to authorise any persons and any employees of such persons to exercise such functions of the Council conferred by or under Part VII of the Housing Act 1996 (except any listed in schedule 2 of the Local Authorities (Contracting Out of Allocation of Housing and Homelessness Functions) Order 1996) as they may specify and to enter into such corresponding contractual arrangements.
