Content: AGREED: that Knights Brown be appointed as principal contractor to carry out the construction of the Trowbridge Green Estate Regeneration scheme contract (as further described in the body of this report) under the SEWH Framework Lot 7.     A mini-competition was undertaken through the SEWH Framework and Knights Brown achieved the highest percentage score in the tender evaluation.
