Purpose: A new residential development is under construction on land to the rear of 4 Old Shoreham Road in Lancing.  Access to the development is to be via the western end of Old Shoreham Road, near the Manor Way Roundabout.   The developer has been required to apply for a Traffic Regulation Order for double yellow lines to prevent obstruction of this new access, with further double yellow lines at the junction of Old Shoreham Road with Manor Way to prevent displaced parking from obstructing the junction.
