Content: That the Community Asset Transfer Policy is approved. Authority is delegated to the Director of Communities, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Enterprise and Property, to make amendments to the policy when deemed appropriate to do so, in the opinion of the Director acting reasonably and properly. A policy is required to allow HDC to transfer assets to parish councils and other community organisations where they are able to demonstrate capacity and capability to do so. Continue with the current arrangement whereby there is no policy basis for the transfer of assets to parish councils or community associations. None
