Content: Authorisation to release funds from the Communities Transport Grant Scheme - July 2025 That the following - 2 Transport Grant Awards of £500 each are approved.   Swaffham & Litcham Home Hospice Support - £500 The funding would enable SLHHS to coordinate transport for individuals traveling from Swaffham to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital, Queen Elizabeth Hospital, or Addenbrooke's Hospital for their appointments. Additionally, it would facilitate the reimbursement of volunteer drivers who assist in this vital service.   Breckland Children’s Clothes Bank - £500 The funding will be used to reimburse volunteer drivers who deliver free children's clothes, shoes, and school uniforms to families in need throughout Breckland.   Total £1,000   These initiatives focus on transport barriers in relation to connection into local community activity & services, for improved health and well-being outcomes. ·         To grant the awards ·         Not grant the awards
