Purpose: The Council currently has a contract with Adecco for the management and supply of temporary agency staffing across all council departments. The contract term is due to expire in November 2025 and has an allowed extension for 12 months. The corporate contract allows for Adecco to source temporary agency staff via other agencies as well as their own, so this contract continues to provide the Council with flexibility and choice within the market. The contract terms and conditions as well as price are staying the same and this is deemed value for money. The Council are pleased with the overall performance over the life of the contract so far and would like to continue to work with them.
