Content: To receive the outturn report for the Capital Programme 2024/2025 (a)      That the net addition of £5.918m to the 2024/2025 Capital Programme be approved.   (b)      That the final capital outturn position for 2024/2025 of £39.828m be noted.   (c)      That that the figure of £68.957m be approved to be carried forward from the 2024/2025 Capital Programme and added to the 2025/2026 Capital Programme.
