Content: The Assistant Director of Planning and Building Control submitted a report to seek approval for the adoption of the Affordable Housing Guidance.   Decision   The Planning Policy and Economic Development Portfolio Holder agreed:   ·       That the Portfolio Holder for Planning Policy and Economic Development adopts the Affordable Housing Guidance which will be a material planning consideration and used to determine planning applications that include affordable housing provision.
