Content: Council considered the appointment of a replacement for Councillor Bell (who was now on the Committee as a Devon County Council representative) on the North Devon Highways and Traffic Orders Committee.   It was moved by Councillor Worden and seconded by Councillor Topps “that Councillor D. Knight be appointed to replace Councillor Bell (who was now on the Committee as a Devon County Council representative) on the North Devon Highways and Traffic Orders Committee for the life of Council and that attendance at meetings be an approved duty.”   RESOLVED that Councillor D. Knight be appointed to replace Councillor Bell (who was now on the Committee as a Devon County Council representative) on the North Devon Highways and Traffic Orders Committee for the life of Council and that attendance at meetings be an approved duty.
