Content: Councillors noted the late item sheet.   Ms L Brill spoke against the application.   Councillor G Scott was given permission to speak and spoke against the application.   RESOLVED THAT COMMITTEE:   Application deferred for the following reason(s):   To enable the Director of Economic Development and Planning to appoint a highways consultant to undertake an independent review of the impact of the development at the A671 Pimlico Link Road / A59 junction.   To allow for further discussions on extending the proposed active travel route and the surfacing material and the works proposed at Chatburn Road roundabout.
