Content: The Head of Democratic Services, following consultation with County Councillor James Tomlinson, Champion for Rural Affairs, the Agricultural Community & Parishes, approved a Champions Grant application of £1215.98 to Kirkland Parish Council towards the cost of a gazebo, outdoor lighting and safety fence.
