Content: AGREED: thatDell be awarded a direct award contract, via the NHS Shared Business Services Framework (Tech Devices – Link 4), to cover end user hardware. The contract would mirror the framework duration (up to 31st March 2028, with the option to extend 1 year further).    A contract award via this framework offers a PCR (Public Contracts Regulations) compliant route to market and offers the most economically advantageous means of sourcing Dell products. Contract term reflects the framework term, as pricing discounts are applicable for the life of the framework.
