Content: Decision:   That having had due regard to the Integrated Impact Assessment it is recommended that:-   The List of Approved Contractors is amended as follows:-   Removal of approved Contractors   These companies have failed to comply with NPTCBC’s H&S requirements.   Company Category Vanguard Roofing & Cladding Ltd (V012) 17, 17A, 17B, 17D & 17E Phonelink Installations Ltd (P019) 47, 70, 111   Reasons for Decision:   To keep the List of Approved Contractors up to date and as far as possible, ensure a competitive procurement process.   These recommendations to be adopted for the purpose of supplying a List of Approved Contractors for invitation to tender within the relevant category.   Implementation of Decision:   The decision is proposed for implementation after the three-day call-in period.
