Content: Authorisation to release funding for recreation provisions secured under Section 106 Legal Agreement dated 10th December 2019 in relation to Planning Permission 3PL/2018/0952/O. Breckland Council authorises the release of £4163.63 to Loch Neaton Charity from open space and recreation contribution held by the Council in accordance with a Section 106 Agreement dated 10th December 2019, in relation to Planning Permission 3PL/2018/0952/O, for the erection of an outdoor all weather basketball hoop set and related seating and litter bins at the Old Bowling Green Site, at Loch Neaton, Watton. ·         This work is consistent with the requirements within the S106 Agreement as detailed above.   ·         It is recommended that delegated authority is granted to release £4163.63 from the Off-Site Outdoor Sports Contribution held by the Council in accordance with S106 Agreement dated 10th December 2019 under planning application 3PL/2018/0952/O for this project. ·         Fully fund the application as set out in the report.   ·         Do nothing.
