Content: To approve the use of £200,000 from the South Oxfordshire District Council’s pilot Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Grant Scheme, as set out in the Council’s 2023/24 capital budget.   To approve the request from Goring-on-Thames Parish Council for £200,000 towards build and upgrading 2 new playgrounds on existing playground sites on parish council owned land.   To transfer £200,000 from the provisional capital budget of £750,000 (scheme number P395) to the approved capital programme (scheme number A395).   To delegate to officers to enter into a funding agreement with Goring-on-Thames Parish Council that governs the release of CIL funds and sets out project monitoring and claw back clauses.   To release funds to Goring-on-Thames Parish Council, in total as one payment, in accordance with the funding agreement on receipt of the signed and sealed legal agreement.
