Content: (i) To agree the new key performance indicators aligned to the new SCC Corporate Plan outcomes and priorities as set out at Appendix 3. (ii) To note the quarter one performance report set out at Appendix 1. 1. Embedding a consistent and effective performance reporting process is important for the organisation to effectively manage its services and finances, improve processes and outcomes and to deliver on transformation objectives. 2. The key performance indicators for 2025-26 have been aligned to the priorities in the new SCC Corporate Plan ensuring a robust framework against which to judge the council’s performance on priority areas. No corporate reporting process in place, with reporting ad-hoc or on request. Rejected as regular and transparent performance reporting is essential for the council to effectively manage its business.
