Content: Resolved   That Cabinet   1)    Approves the proposed pooled contribution of £18.669m by the Council to the Better Care Fund Plan (known as the Better Together programme plan) for 2025/26 and the plan for resources as set out in paragraph 2.2;   2)    Authorises the Executive Director for Social Care and Health to enter a partnership agreement under section 75 of the National Health Service Act 2006 (a section 75 agreement), with Coventry and Warwickshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) for delivery of the Better Care Fund Plan for 2025/26, on terms and conditions acceptable to the Executive Director for Resources;   3)    Approves the County Council continuing as the pooled budget holder for the fund; and   4)    Authorises the Executive Director for Social Care and Health to review and update the existing section 75 agreement relating to Discharge to Assess services (as set out in paragraphs 1.10 to 1.12) on terms and conditions acceptable to the Executive Director for Resources.
