Purpose: This report outlines the outcome of the tender process for the appointment of a Sales and Marketing Agent for three housing schemes: Lexden & Steyne Road, Northolt Grange Community Centre, and Golf Links Phase 3.   Following a competitive mini-competition under the Peabody Sales & Marketing Framework Lot 3, three compliant tenders were received and evaluated. The evaluation process considered price, quality, and social value. The proposal is to award a contract for the provision of sales and marketing agent services for Package B sites to Redloft LLP, subject to initial pre-contract market testing exercise being undertaken for the Lexden Road scheme.
