An updated proposed business plan for 2025/26 is prepared following a workshop and presented in a format that meets the requirements of the shareholder agreement for the next meeting of the Shareholder Committee on 30 October 2025. It was also unanimously RESOLVED that: b) The appointment of Nicholas (Nick) Drake as Operations/Managing Director be ratified. c) The appointment of Pennie Brown be ratified for the appointed as an EHDC Director of East Hampshire Norse Ltd, as defined in shareholder agreement. d) The year-end report for 2024/2025 for East Hampshire Norse Ltd be noted. e) The quarter one report 2025/26 for East Hampshire Norse Ltd be noted.
